Care you need in your 60s



    • Get your health checked periodically including screening for cancers, as they have high incidences after 60s
    • Hearing loss is one of the most common aging associated phenomena. Get medical help to hear better.
    • Lack of physical activity makes you lose muscle and gain fat; start burning calories with regular and suitable exercises.
