Dr. Shilpa V

Dr. Shilpa V is a highly accomplished Consultant Radiologist with extensive qualifications including MD Radiodiagnosis, DNB Radiology, EDiR (European Diploma in Radiology) and DICRI (Diplomate of Indian College of Radiology & Imaging). With over 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, she brings a high level of expertise in X-ray, Ultrasound (USG), CT, MRI, and Doppler imaging.

A passionate academic and researcher, Dr. Shilpa is recognized internationally as the youngest Indian presenter at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) for her work on obstetric brachial plexus injury. She has also earned accolades such as Best Scientific Paper in Musculoskeletal Imaging at IRIA, and Best Scientific Paper at Sonosummit. Her advanced training includes certifications from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) and CCFRG in sonography and a solid academic base with an MD from Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai. She has worked with reputed hospitals including Fortis, Medall Precision Diagnostics, Sri Lakshmi Hospital, and Apollo Radiology International, where she is currently engaged in teleradiology.

Dr. Shilpa is also a contributor to medical literature, having co-authored “Radiological Examination Methods” in the IRIA Textbook of Radiology.
