Virinchi hospitals is well equipped to deliver the largest range of surgical services with the necessary personnel, equipment and infrastructure for over 2000 surgical procedures across multiple clinical specialties. The hospital has a vast team of super specialist surgeons, anaesthetists, nursing and technical team to conduct complex surgeries with high quality outcomes

The hospital has 11 Operation Theaters (OTs) with specially designed modular theatres for cardiovascular surgeries, Neuro-Surgeries, Orthopaedic Surgeries, Bariatric Surgery and Transplant Surgeries. In addition, the hospital has a Minor OT and seven procedure rooms to cater to routine surgical cases.

The modular Operation Theaters are fitted with advanced OT tables and OT lights comparable with the best in the industry. The OTs are well equipped with sophisticated anaesthesia, laparoscope and associated surgical equipment. They conform strictly to the NABH / JCI standards with co-located counselling rooms, OT pharmacy, sterilization departments, corridors and contiguous Surgical ICUs to ensure continuity of care.

Virinchi Hospitals is one of the few hospitals who has 3-D Karl Storz laproscopic system. The hospital has minilaproscopy (3 mm) instruments, Video endoscopic equipment for the treatment of Anal fistulas (VAAFT) and advanced vessel sealing systems like Force triad (Ligasure) and Enseal vessel sealing systems.
