Lifestyle Management

  • Use artificial tears, an eye lubricant or both
  • Increase your fluid intake
  • Stimulate saliva flow
  • Try artificial saliva
  • Use nasal saline spray
  • Do a dental check-up every six months
  • Practise good dental hygiene – brushing, flossing
  • Avoid eating too many sweet foods
  • Avoid dry environments
  • Avoid drinking too much alcohol
  • Use Vaginal moisturizers and lubricants for vaginal dryness
