How are we received at the airport?

On your arrival, you would find one of our representative's at the airport holding a placard with your name on it. A vehicle is arranged for your pickup and will put you at the accommodation of you chose to stay.

How do I find an accommodation in case I don't need hospitalization?

Do not panic, one of our team members will assist you in finding a Hotel/ Guest House / Service apartments of your choice, which fits your budget, has basic amenities and at close proximity to our hospital.

What is the process on arrival at the hospital facility?

On your arrival to Virinchi Hospitals, you will first have to produce your identification document - your Passport to our International patient coordinator in order to complete the registration formalities. Please note that a scan copy of your passport front page containing photograph, your details and the Visa page are archived into your clinical record for medical reference purposes, in compliance with the Indian Government directives.

How do I begin my treatment at Virinchi Hospitals?

Once the registration formalities are completed, one of our Guest Relations Executives will ask you a few important details about your medical condition and based upon your clinical issues and requirements, you are routed to the concerned department to meet your Medical consultant.

What is the process of obtaining a medical estimation letter from your hospital?

You will have to send in a query, contacting details of your current medial symptoms, with a soft copy of your medical reports / scans and prescriptions on to xyz@virinchi.com. On receiving the details, they are routed to the concerned medical consultant for scrutiny after which your estimation letter is processed.

How long does it take to get a response for a medical query sent to you?

We constantly strive to provide you the best service to our customers and normally process the estimations within 24 working hours from the time we receive your query. However rarely due to the non- availability of concerned consultants, the time period might extend and you shall be notified either with a message or email immediately, in such a case.

What is a medical estimation letter and what are the contents in it?

As per the available medical reports sent to us by you and the opinion given by the said doctor, we provide you with a tentative plan of care for the said patient. The treatment plan we provide you normally contains: Approximate Cost of treatment, Line of treatment, Length of stay and details of Preliminary evaluation needed.

What are the documents needed by the hospital to provide a visa invitation letter?

What is the process I would need to go through to extend a medical visa?

The first a foremost aspect is that, you should have an electronic medical record with the hospital and should be undergoing treatment under a consultant. Please note that not all medical visas are subject to extension upon expiry. An extension requisition letter addressing to the FRRO office is provided to you only when our consultant confirms of a definitive line of treatment for the said period, you wish to extend your visa.
